  A congregation for the reaching of nations. However the congregation is too complacent. They do not understand people who are not like them and have no desire to get out of their box. Their box is "people I know, missions and Bible study." The Pastor and his family are amazing people, this is referring to the congregation that makes up the church. It is not the Pastor's responsibility to be everything to everyone - that's what the congregation is for. This church would do well to learn what true outreach is.
